The Music of Bullet Audyssey

Tuesday, December 6th, 2011

The response to Bullet Audyssey has been incredible, with an overwhelming number of people telling us how much they enjoy the music.  While we would love to take credit for that, the kudos really belongs to the audio talent residing at Newgrounds.com and Tettix.net.  To make the music fit the game though, many songs had to be edited, and all of them lost some quality to fit the game into a manageable size.

So below are links to all the songs in the game, in all their natural, unedited, hi-fi glory!  Check it out!

Villainous – The First 24 Hours

Thursday, June 30th, 2011

Well, it’s been 24 hours since the release of Villainous and the support this game has received is nothing short of overwhelming.  We’ve always been proud of the games we made, but this one takes the cake when it comes to performance.  We thought we’d take this opportunity to highlight some of the milestones Villainous has made since its inception a short 24 hours ago.

  • Reached 100,000 views on Kongregate in less than 24 hours.  The fastest we’ve ever hit that number, and it’s still going strong.  Hitting a million in a week would be astounding.
  • Average play time: 34 minutes and 26 seconds.  Not bad at all, and more than triples the number for our last game, I Have 1 Day.
  • 150,000 overall views.  Only 50% higher than Kongregate alone, but per the request from our sponsors, we’ve done zilch to distribute the game.  Hopefully this will become much higher once we post the game to other large flash portals.
  • Second highest rated game on Kongregate.com.  As of the writing of this article the game has a solid 4.55 out of 5, which completely caught us by surprise.  While we were confident about the game, we had no idea people would enjoy it as much as they do.

That’s it!  Things have definitely started out promising, and we look forward to seeing how Villainous performs in the coming days and weeks.  Thanks so much to everyone who has given the game a try and shown their support!  If you haven’t tried it yet, click here to play!
